My wife Cathy and I travel across the US every summer to find great trails that can become special to us. We have found many great places. Lately we are in progress of having our first child, a baby girl. No name has been chosen yet.  I pray that after out daughter is born that she will throw her backpack on and join me holding hands on the trail to never never land. I truly enjoy going with her and since summer is just around the corner that she is saddened with carrying a child and limited to what she is able to do physically. I know she is excited and so am I. I have been out a few times so far with friends, lately it's still been snowing so finding a sunny day with the snow melted is few between but still doesn't really hold me back.
